Neptunas Klaipeda overcame a 14-point first-quarter deficit to defeat Idea Slask 103-87 in overtime. Arnas Velicka led with 22 points while Rihards Lomazs added 18 points and four assists. Neptunas dominated overtime 20-4 after regulation ended tied. Kadre Gray's 24 points couldn't prevent Slask's defeat.
